‘’Will it ever stop?

We have just celebrated Dussehra, Happy Dussehra to everyone. Dussehra is an auspicious time to do ‘’Simolanghan’’ i.e., stretching our limits to cross the borders of our strengths, and capacity to unleash our potential. I am also trying to do ‘’Simolanghan’’.

Till today, what life has taught me, the people I have met, the maturity I have gained through sufferings of life, abundant love and Sanskar’s that my parents and brothers have given me, how I struggled and bounced back while crossing the ocean of life. I want to share all this & express my feelings & gratitude by giving back to society through this blog. The name of this blog is ``Food for Thought’. Many times, some events, human behaviour, and situations that occur make us reflect and puzzle us. The thought that everything happening around us acceptable ? and can there be anything more acceptable ? & are we aligned ?

Today the world is being dragged into the trenches of a world war. The old war between has not ended, but now new war has begun. Growing up in Konkan and following Sane Guruji's teachings, I know only one religion, "True one religion should give love to the world" but today the definition of religion is different. No religion in the world advocates genocide to prove its supremacy or fulfil its demands. Hundreds of years ago, invaders marched into other countries and established their dominance there, enslaving the people, and the same is still going on. Today the nature of slavery has changed. Everyone is trying to torment others, and technology and social media are being used in an uncontrolled way.

Are people civilized? Education can lead to degrees, but Sanskar’s can only bring culture. Does anyone has anything to do with Sanskar’s these days? There are many examples of a highly educated people being part of big terrorist group. In a society where we are taught from childhood that we are victimized and we should take revenge, only terrorists will be born. The fungus in the education system is also responsible for this. Today's education prepares a person for employment, there are very few educational institutions that strive to produce the cultured and sensible citizen of tomorrow.

There was a war in the Mahabharata too but after all the processes of peace were in vain, the purpose of that war was to destroy Adharma and establish Dharma. In the current situation, it is not easy to distinguish who is on the side of dharma because wars are being played for selfishness and to become economic superpowers.

Anyway, let's stop here today and give you all Food for Thought, ‘’Will it ever stop?
